What if the one thing standing between you and a deeper relationship with God is something you're unwilling to let go of? In this message, Pastor Patrick Tanton explores the story of the rich young ruler and challenges us to consider what has taken the number one spot in our lives. Whether it's money, possessions, relationships, popularity, power, or control, anything we treasure more than God can become an obstacle to fully following Jesus.
The question isn't just whether you believe in Jesus. It's whether you're willing to make Him your greatest treasure. Jesus isn't after your stuff. He's after your heart.

Have you ever found yourself caught between deep belief and crippling doubt? Pastor Patrick Tanton walks through Mark 9, where a desperate father brings his son to Jesus, with a faith that is real, but not finished. When Jesus challenges him to believe, the father responds with one of the most honest prayers in Scripture: “I believe; help my unbelief!” His words capture a struggle many of us know well. We believe God is good, we believe He is powerful, and we believe He can work in our lives but when we face uncertainty, disappointment, or circumstances beyond our control, our faith can begin to waver. You don't have to pretend your faith is perfect. You can bring your doubts, fears, and struggles to Jesus and ask Him to help you believe. The question isn't whether you'll face challenges. It's where you'll place your faith when you do. If you’ve ever felt like you believe and doubt at the same time, this message is for you.
Everyone has an opinion about Jesus. But there’s a difference between knowing what other people think and answering the question yourself. Who is Jesus to you? And more importantly, does the way you live show that? In Mark 8, Jesus asks his disciples ta personal and piercing question: "Who do you say that I am?" Jesus asks us to make a choice: Will we live for ourselves and chase everything the world offers, or will we surrender to Him and discover the abundant and eternal life He has for us? Discover what it truly means to move beyond surface belief, accept a suffering Savior, and de-throne yourself to follow Christ.
What if God isn’t waiting for you to have more? What if He’s asking you to trust Him with what you already have? In this message, Pastor Patrick Tanton walks through one of the most well-known miracles in all of scripture where Jesus feeds a crowd of thousands with just five loaves of bread and two fish. But this miracle is about more than food, it reveals how Jesus grows our faith, uses what we offer Him, and invites us to participate in His mission. The miracle wasn’t that the disciples had enough. It was that Jesus was enough. Maybe you’ve been waiting until you have more time, more resources, or more confidence before saying yes to God. Stop waiting for more. Start with what you have. Trust Jesus with the results.
Have you ever prayed for something, felt like God was moving and then suddenly it seemed like He got distracted? You've prayed. You've waited. You've watched God answer prayers for other people while wondering, “What about me?” In this message, Pastor Karl Bastian unpacks what happens when life's interruptions make it feel like God is distracted or running late. If you've ever prayed and felt like God got distracted, moved on, or is too busy with other people, this message is for you. He hasn't forgotten. He's not done. And what He's planning is immeasurably more than what you asked for.
What do you do when the storm comes and it feels like God is asleep? You praised God on Sunday. Then Monday came. And the storm was still there. In this message Pastor Patrick Tanton walks through Mark 4:35–41, Jesus and His disciples cross the Sea of Galilee when a violent storm suddenly hits. While the disciples are terrified and fighting for their lives, Jesus is asleep in the boat. Their question is one many of us have asked: “Don’t you care?” The storms of life are real. Fear, anxiety, loss, uncertainty, sickness, financial pressure, broken relationships, and unanswered prayers can make us wonder where God is. But Jesus reminds us that His presence and power are greater than the storm around us. Whether you've been through a major storm and saw God's faithfulness on the other side, or you're right in the middle of one right now, this message is for you. He's in the boat. He's not asleep to your situation. And His power is greater than anything you're facing.
What if the problem isn't that God isn't speaking to you but that you've stopped following through? What do you do when God speaks? It’s one thing to hear God’s Word. It’s another thing to actually do something with it. In this message, Pastor Travis Deatherage breaks down Jesus' Parable of the Sower (Mark 4). The goal isn’t simply to encounter God’s Word. It’s to let His Word change the way we live. We don’t control the harvest. We control our obedience. Follow through and trust God with the results. discover what it takes to move past posturing and emotional excitement into active, life-changing obedience.
Does Jesus still have the power to heal or meet your greatest need? What is your greatest need right now? In this message, Pastor Patrick Tanton walks through several of Jesus’ miracles in Mark 1–3 and reveals a powerful truth: Jesus has the authority and the willingness to meet us in our greatest place of need. From healing sickness and casting out evil spirits to the story of the paralyzed man whose friends brought him to Jesus, Mark shows us that Jesus’ power points to something even greater, the authority to forgive sins and make us right with God. But what happens when God doesn’t move on our timeline? Are we willing to believe Him again? Whether you've stopped asking because God didn't move on your timeline, or you've never brought your greatest need to Him at all, this message is for you. This message challenges us to have faith, bring our greatest needs to Jesus, and remember that the greatest miracle we can ever experience is the forgiveness of our sins.
What does it really mean to follow Jesus? Is believing in Jesus enough, or is He calling us to something more? You can believe in Jesus and never actually follow Him. And most people in the church today never make that leap. In this message, Pastor Patrick Tanton challenges us to look at the difference between being a believer and being a follower, or disciple of Jesus. A disciple isn't simply someone who knows what Jesus taught or believes that Jesus is the Son of God. A disciple is someone who puts the teachings of Jesus into action. It's the difference between knowing and doing, believing and following. And Jesus is still calling people to follow Him today. Maybe you've believed in Jesus for years but struggle to actually live out what you believe. Maybe you've been comfortable being a Christian without allowing Jesus to change the way you live, speak, think, and act. This message is an invitation to take the next step: Don't just believe Jesus. Follow Jesus.
Are you settling for less than God's best or letting past mistakes keep you stuck? You haven't gone too far. You haven't taken too many wrong turns. God has a purpose for your life. In this message, Pastor Patrick Tanton wraps up the series by looking at the third part of God's plan for us: fulfilling purpose. God didn't create you by accident. He intentionally designed you, gave you specific gifts, and established a purpose for your life. But discovering that purpose requires us to understand how God has wired us and learn how to use what He's placed inside of us. He sees greatness in you, He has gifted you, and He wants to help you step into the purpose He created you for. If you've ever asked, “What is my purpose?” or “What did God create me to do?”, this message is for you.
God doesn't just want you to follow Jesus, He wants you to find freedom. Following Jesus is where the journey begins, but God wants to do a deeper work within us. In this message, Pastor Patrick Tanton unpacks the second of three things God has always wanted for your life: finding freedom from the things that control us, hold us back, and keep us from the abundant life he has for us. Time doesn't heal wounds. It just buries them deeper. What you actually need is freedom and that's exactly what God has planned for you. Whether you're wrestling with something you can't stop, holding on to pain from the past, or feeling like you're under attack, this message is for you. Freedom is God's plan, and He's already made a way.
Everyone follows something. The question is whether what you're following can actually get you where you want to go. Are you really following Jesus or are you simply believing in Him? In this message Pastor Patrick Tanton challenges us to take an honest look at what it means to truly follow Jesus. God doesn't want our lives to remain dormant. He wants us to be planted, to grow, to flourish, and to experience the abundant life He has for us. Maybe you've never made the decision to follow Jesus. Maybe you once centered your life on Him but have allowed other things to take His place. Or maybe you're asking yourself whether you're truly following Him at all. Wherever you are, the invitation is the same: Follow Jesus. Find freedom. Fulfill purpose.

Have you ever felt like your vision of leadership has been completely corrupted by political or spiritual authority figures who failed, abused, or harmed you?
